FAQ/Policies

CARING FOR YOUR SHIRT:

All items are designed and professionally printed at our shop. When caring for your shirt it is important to turn items inside out and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. It is best to lay shirts flat to dry, you may also tumble dry on low. If you need to iron a shirt avoid the printed portion.

 

SHIPPING:

Once an item has shipped or your item is ready for local pick up and you will receive an email.

KC Swagger is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered but not received are the responsibility of you and your local post office. In the rare event that your package does not arrive, please contact your local post office.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We want you to love your shirt and the way it fits. Exchanges are welcome on any products except custom apparel (for example school spirit sale items are nonrefundable) Exchanges will be made at the expense of the buyer (shipping charges). At this time we do not except returns. We are a little shop, thanks for understanding.

 

TURN AROUND TIME:

Our current turnaround time for in stock items is 10 business days, unless otherwise specified. Spiritwear deliveries are based on when the organization closes out ordering. Dates will be listed on those items.
